One More Shot is a 2024 British action thriller film directed by James Nunn and starring Scott Adkins, Michael Jai White, Alexis Knapp and Tom Berenger. It is a direct sequel to the 2021 film One Shot.
The film follows Navy SEAL Jake Harris (Adkins) who is ordered to escort terrorist suspect Armin Mansur (Waleed Elgadi) to Washington D.C. for interrogation after a black site attack in Poland. However, chaos ensues when heavily armed mercenaries attack the airport, determined to capture Mansur. Harris must use his SEAL training to protect Mansur and stop a bomb that threatens the State of the Union Address.
The sequel features more ambitious storytelling than the first film, with the action edited to appear as one continuous take. While some reviewers felt the pacing dragged in parts, they praised the impressive use of vertical space and Adkins' performance. The film was released in the UK on January 12, 2024 and the US on January 16, 2024 by Signature Entertainment and Sony Pictures respectively.
