Qala is a 2022 Indian period drama directed by Anvita Dutt, set in 1940s Calcutta. The film follows Qala Manjushree (Triptii Dimri), an aspiring singer struggling for her mother's approval (Swastika Mukherjee), who is emotionally distant and favors a talented orphan, Jagan (Babil Khan).
